Nutella Tart

For the Crust:
¾ cup (150g) blanched toasted hazelnuts
1 cup (140g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
2 tablespoons (25g) sugar
1/ 4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons (85g) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 large egg, beaten
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Filling:
2 tablespoons (18 g) cornstarch
2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
¾ cup (230g) Nutella
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
